| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of transformer outdoor type step down transformer 11 kV/0.433 kVAC 3 phase 50 Hz, 250 kVA capacity, core type copper wound, on HV & LV coil immerse, naturally cooled, Oil Natural-Air Natural (ONAN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-II with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having 7 step tapping at +/ 2.5% of each step (+5% to 10%) on HV side to be charged by means of hand operated OFF load tap change gear, the maximum temperature rise should not exceeds 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on and ambient temp of 40 degree celcius the transformer shall be in accordance with IS-1180 (Part-I) (Level-2) and comprises of the following :- (a)Threporcelain bushing suitable for 11 kV on HV side, and including and termination box comlepte with copper rods, nuts, bolts and washers. (b)One cable end termnation box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods complete with nuts, bolts and washers. (c)Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d)De-hydration breather wih filter fill of dehydrating agent (Silica gel). (e)Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil drain filter valve, lifting lugs / hoks, oil filer hole with cap / plug with connection plate complte, air release valve plug and four Nos plain cast steel detchable roller. (f)One No. 100 mm, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator. (g)Two earthing terminal on tank cover to faciliate fixing of 50 X 6 mm galvanized iron eart strip for earthing of body. |
| 2 | Supply and Fabrication of trolley to accommodate 250 kVA transformer with LT panel, including HT & LT cables and with overall size not les than 2.20 mtr X 2.50 mtr using MS chnnel of size 100 X 50 mm and angle iron 50 X 50 X 6 m and MS flat of 50 X 6 mm wherever required including base of MS chequered sheet 10 gauge fixed properly welded on chasis including fencing all around with MS angle iron 40 X 40 X 6 mm and MS flat 40 X 6 mm with XPM mesh, cage of 50 x 50 mm mesh made of 4 mm dia GI wire of 2 mtr height with openable door and locking arrangement on two sides duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide steel primer, with towing hook of channel / angel iron, fixed with trolley for easy movement from one place to another place. It shall not be less than 1.25 mtr length from the body of trolley complete all as specified and directedwith the followings :- (a)S&F tyre tube of size 7.50 X 16 on suitable size of wheel drum - 04 Nos (Make: MRF / CEAT) (b)S&F leaf spring set of 13 Nos leafs with U clamps - 4 set suitable to take full load of trolley, Panel and Transformer. (c)S&F axle of size 2600 mm length and made of MS . (d)S&F danger notice plate/board of 11 kV on each side of trolley - 04 Nos (e)The cost of any MS work required for fixing of transfomer, LT panel shalll deemed to be included in the qutoed rate. Note : (i)Any other work / itm not mentioned above but necessary for smooth functioning of the trolley shall be included in the rate quoted by the conractor. (ii)Drawing has to be approved by GE as per site conditions before execution of works. |

(b)MCCB 4 pole in coming 400 Amp 36 kA adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic type -01 Nos. (c)MCCB 4 pole outgoing 400 Amp 25 kA adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic type -01 Nos. (d)Digital Voltmeter 0-500Volts - 01 Nos. (e)Digital Ammeter 04-400 Amps - 01 Nos. (f)Indicator lamps Red, Yellow & Blue. (g)Complete wiring of the panel board. (h)CT ratio 400/5 Amps. |
