10Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 below/above plinth using stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including necessary formwork machine mixing, transporting, placing in position consolidation, finishing, curing etc complete as per specifications & instruction of EIC.
11Providing and laying size stone masonry in cm 1:6 in foundation / Retaining wall /drain wall and in superstructure including rough dressing and providing bond stones in each course at 2 M apart includingcost of materials, labour, curing, scaffolding complete at all leads & lifts as per specifications and direction of EIC.
12Providing cement mortar pointing to pitching works / stone masonry with C.M.1:4, 25mm deep including racking out joints, pointing neatly & finishing the joints as specified, curing, scaffolding etc at all leads & lifts etc complete all leads & lifts as per specifications & instructions of EIC.
13Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion 1:2:4 at all leads and lifts, in all floors, aprons, pits, drains and other similar works, steps, coping of compound wall etc. by mechanical mixing using graded stone aggregate 20 mm max. size and down includingmechanical mixing, transporting, consolidation, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc all leads & lifts complete as per specifications and drawings as directed.
14Providing and laying Cement plaster of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over exposed solid block masonry / concrete surfaceat all heights and locations including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces, finishing and rendering with sponge to correct line, level and plumb, curing, scaffolding etc. complete at all leads & lifts as per specifications, drawings instructions of the Engineer Incharge.
15Design Mix Reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade conforming to IS 456-2000, at all floors and levels usinggranite graded stone aggregate of 20mm and down graded including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc complete all as per specifications, but excluding the cost of form work and steel reinforcement (which shall be paid under relevant item).The minimum cement content shall be 350 kg/Cu M.a) ForalltypeofStructural/ RCC elements with all geometrical shape and sizes all lifts below and above finished floor levelThe rate shall applyfor all levels and locations including all typeof structure etc.
16Notes- All RCC shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the specifications.The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and formwork unless otherwise mentioned.All course aggregate to be 20mm maximum size and uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following, without any extra cost to the Dept. I) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe ii)Bends, other pipe specials etc supplied by the Departmentiii)Cut outs in slabs, construction joints etciv)All exposed concrete surfaces shall be closely hacked as per specifications and as directed by the EIC
17Providing and laying rigid water tight centering shuttering using best quality plywood/steel sheets (joint shall be tightly butted to avoid leakage of slurry, if required rubberised lining of materials as approved by the Engineer in charge shall beprovided in joints) including strutting, propping, bracing, bolting, welding and keeping the same to the line and levels.Provision for grooves, drips, throats, chamfers, inserts, conduits, junction boxes, recess, projecting dowels, staging etc complete for all insitu reinforced cement concrete works fixed in position, /horizontal/vertical/slanting surfaces as required including labour for careful removal of formwork, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer in charge at all lifts belowand abovefinished floor level including making provision for wherever necessary for brick dowel rods for every 600mm in columns at all lifts, brick dowel rods shall be measured separately under relevant item at all lifts and levels (Measurement for the formwork shall be area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces).
18Reinforcement (TMT Fe 500 D) for RCC work including supplying steel of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with two nos. ofsoft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc all as per specifications and drawings including cost of spacer blocks in CM 1:2 and including providing of chairs, spacer bars of required diameter as specified by the engineer in charge at all lifts.
19TMT Fe 500D conforming to latest revision to IS 1786 from reputed manufacturers.manufactured bySAIL, TATA STEEL and RINLonly.
20Supplying and Laying of 150 mm thickrubble soling stones inclusive of breaking of the stones to the required size, laying,hand packing & filling the interstices with samller stones & gravel, compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
21Providing dry stone pitching of 15 cm thick using granite stones which includes supply of stones, preparation of surface setting the stones to the proper slopes, filling gaps in between with earth/murrum in rip-rap manner etc complete as per specifications & instructions of EIC.
22Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position over concrete/brickwork /size stone masonry, fencing, gatesetc all the structural steel items like m.s.plates, m.s.angles, m.s.pipes, m.s.rounds, m.s.flats, m.s.square bars, m.s. tubes and other sections with all joints welded, necessary fixing of lugs and painting with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of primer, complete with all byeworks at all heights and levels as per drawings, specifications and instructions of the Engineer Incharge. etc at all lifts as per specifications and instructions of Engineer in charge with a shop coat of primer etc complete.
23Breaking of Stone Masonary in cement mortar, including conveying and disposingthe debris with a lead upto 50M etc. complete.
24Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing at all lead and heights with required dia 450mm having 5mtr length upto 3mtr height of wall with existing m.s.angle iron "U" shaped placed at 2.50mtr apart tied with GI binding wire to retain horizontal including necessary bolts, washers and nuts,G.I binding wire etc complete all as per specifications and as directed.
25Providing and fixing galvanized steel barbed wire conforming to IS 278 of make TATA WIRON or equivalent having 2 strands of 2.5mm line barbed wire and 2mm point wire, 2 ply 4 pointed barbes of 2mm dia @ 75mm c/c including providing & tying with 18 SWG galvanised iron binding wire as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate shall include the cost of barbed wires & galvanised iron binding wire etc complete.
