| 1 | Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (not exceeding1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-incharge and disposing of all excavated earth at dumping site ( To be arranged by the Contractor) as per satisfacation of Engineer -in- Charge through all modes of transportationincluding head load , animal load or mechnical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the workby mechnical means and labour( If required). All useful material such as stone , shingles aggregate and slates Shall be properly Stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per direction of the Engineer -in -charge . The recoveryfor stones, weather useful or not, forthe minimum quatom of 15.5 cubic meter @ Rupee 300/- Only (Rupees. Three hundred) per cubic meter Shall be effected on pro rata basis in allcircumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have tobe duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges. |
