1Triplex chain sprocket internal diameter damaged & worn-out seat full round multi layer welding and machining as per KEN-280 gear box output shaft seat and also key way making work.
2Flywheel complete assembly dismantles and after repairing and rectification work re-assembling, setting alignment and full tightening.
3Flywheel sprocket body oversize tapping by hand operated high speed tape due to hard metal.
4Flywheel sprocket body oversize drilling for o/s bolting.
5Oversize H.T. Bolt with spring washer for bolting of Flywheel sprocket hub.
6H.D. Plane washer for above.
7Flywheel sprocket hub and cover plate damaged and worn-out shear pin holes repairing by steel welding and round shaping by grinding & sizing as per shear pin.
8Fly wheel hub outer diameter damaged & worn out teeth’s re-buildup by hardness metal steel electrodes and shaping, sizing by hand grinding machine as required of flywheel sprocket teeth’s matching
