Tender For Special Repair To Black Top Road Approx 2.7 Km Within Unit Loc Of Sikh And Rarh Rif Under Ge ( S ) Bathinda Mil Stn - Preparing Black Top Bituminous Surfaces By Brushing With Wire Brushes For Removing Caked Mud Etc Sweeping With Brooms And Finally Fanning The Cleaned Surfaces With Air Pressure Through Air Jet Using Air Compressor To Remove All Loose Dirt Etcincluding Removing The Mud Etc To A Distance Minimum 1.5 M From Edge Of Road And Applying Evenly A Tack Coat Of Bituminous Primer Using Paving Bitumen ( Vg-10 ) @ 5 Kg Per 10 Sqm Of Road Surface By Sprayer Operated Hot Pressure Mechanism Including Supplying, Laying, Spreading 30 Mm Consolidated Thickness Of Semi Dense Asphalticconcrete With Job Mix Formula Using Paving Bitumen ( Vg-30 ) At The Rate Of 5.5% Binder Content By Weight Of Total Mix Using Mechanical Paver For Leveling Within The Specified Tolerance As Specified Inssr Part - I, Rolled And Consolidated To Required Camber And Gradient With Power Roller For Uniform Smooth Surface Etc Complete All As Specified And Directed By Engineer-In-Charge.
