| 1 | Providing comprehensive annual periodical / preventive maintenance of cooling appliances as per manufacturer specification at INS Kattabomman, RS(P) all as specified and directed and including replacement of minor components as listed in subsequent items here in after. The maintenance of cooling appliances includes the following:- (i) Cleaning of coil unit with dust blower, lubricate the indoor & outdoor fan motor with oil. (ii) Checking and cleaning the drain connection and air filter periodically, washing of coil with solution once in a contract period. (iii) checking the refrigerant pipe insulation once in a contract period or as and when required(iv) Check & repair the minor electrical fault in incoming supply. (v)Checking the drain water PVC pipe. (vi) Supply of spares/components required to be replaced under this contract shall be measure and paid separately. (vii) Checking the serviceability/ fault of cooling/ heating appliances for any fault/ unserviceability. |

| 42 | M&L sub main wiring with two single core 1100 V grade conforming to IS 694 PVC insulated unsheathed cables 4 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incl 25 mm dia non metallic PVC rigid conduit and conduit accessories fixed on walls/roof/floors/ceiling etc with an earth wire of one run 4 sqmm copper wire earth continuity conductor etc including taking down old sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Three runs of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one run for payment. |
