The lower layers of the Synthetic surface 2 layers, underneath the top exposed layer. The each independent layer shall comprise of UV stabilised polyurethane applied at the rate of note less than 2.5 Kg/m2 and broad crusted black granules embedded thoroughly in eachlayer subsequently shall be cured for 24hours and next layer will be laid at the coating rate of 2.5kg/m2 and granules rate of 3.8kg/m2. the top layer of synthetic surface should have terra cotta colour and shall comprise of formulated high resilience EPDM granules of size 1mm to 3.5mm bound in polyurethane resins. the final coat of polyurethane shall be applied at the rate of not less than 3.3kg/m2 the EPDM granules shall be embedded with full PU coating at the rate of 4Kg/m2 covering area. The contractor will give quality certficate from laboratory approved by IAAF. |
