1 Design, Supply and fixing rock fall protection / stabilization system comprising of HTS cable nets / HTS wire of cable diameter of Minimum 6mm twisted or straight with tensile strength of net minimum 100 kN/m, fixed by sufficient anchoring in rock as per design with arrangement of providing and fixing of boundary and intermediate support ropes of Minimum 12 mm diameter of High Tensile Steel Wire rope grade 1770 N/Sq. mm with coating for corrosion resistance, 95% ZN + 5% AL (+/-1%) (as per EN-10244-2-2009). Secondary Mesh having minimum tensile strength 50 kN/m, with minimum Mesh width not more than 90 mm with Tensile Strength of wire 1770 N/mm2. including top and bottom support rope, lacing wire or rope required to connect the nets and all accessories such as Clamps, Buckles, Plates, Thimbles including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour. Drilling of 75 mm to 100 mm dia. holes and providing, fixing Minimum 32 mm diameter of Fe 500 surface steel nails/anchors of 4 m length and grouting the holes by cement grout with necessary admixtures at grid pattern of 2.75m x 2.75m c/c. Including all other accessories, material, machinery, labour etc. complete. Or equivalent/higher system along with detailed drawings and specifications. Including Developing Contour plans, sections at every 5m, Generation of digital terrain model, conducting geomorphological studies based on survey data. So as to identify the areas of rockfall/landslides mitigation works. 1 Sqm. 12 Providing and Installing Three dimensional erosion control mat made of polypropylene polymer of minimum mass per unit area 400 gm / sqm extruded on to a steel wire mesh having 95% ZN + 5% Al coating. The composite shall have a longitudinal tensile strength of Minimum 150 kN/m. Including all necessary accessories required for erosion control mats in place as per technical specifications attached and as directed by engineer in charge. or Indian Standard equivalent/higher system along with detailed drawings and specifications.
