Name of Work: Non- Comprehensive AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) of both OCME make Barrel Filling Machines at LOBP Asaoti for 2 years

2Preventive Maintenance: Bi- monthly visit charges for preventive and routine maintenance of OCME make Barrel Filling Machine (Filling lines and individual palletizers and conveying systems, control systems and electrical panels). Each visit shall be of two engineers for minimum 3 days i.e. 72 mandays for a period of two years. This scope also considers 4 number of mandays as an extra period considered for any prolonged breakdowns.
3Additional Breakdown Visits (Based on mandays): Provision for extra breakdown visits over and above 2 free breakdown visits has been envisaged as LOBP Asaoti has two nos. of filling lines along with their palletizers. In each year an additional Break down equal to 6 mandays has been considered which will be equal to 12 mandays for two year contract period.
