24M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as insub base, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.
25M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.
26M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Consolidated thickness shall be measured for playment.)
27Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing off by spreading and neatly levelling with in a lead of 50m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure) complete all as specified and as directed .
28Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 1 Km (Sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) complete all as specified and as directed .
29Supply and stacking at site dump manure from approved source including carriage (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) complete all as specified and as directed for the following:-
30(a) Screened through sieve of I.S designation 20 mm
31(b)Screened through sieve of I.S designation 16 mm
32(c)Screened through sieve of I.S designation 4.75 mm
33Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods complete all as specified and as directed .
34Fine dressing the ground complete all as specified and as directed.
35Mixing of good earth and sludge or manure in proportion (as directed by Enge-in-Charge) and spreading of sludge dump manure or/and good earth in required thickness (Cost of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth to be paid separately ) complete all as specified and as directed.
36Grassing with Doob grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fitfor mowing including filling with good earth, if needed (the good earth shall be paid for separately), complete all as specified and as directed for the followings:-
37(a)In rows 15 cm apart in either direction
38(b)In rows 7.5 cm apart in either direction
39Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated bease to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 Parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m lift upto 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately) complete all as specified and as directed .
40Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with excavated earth mixed with manure of sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%, 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

53Maintenance of the plants/hedges/grass vide Srl Nos. 33.00, 33.10, 33.20, 38.00 to 45.00 here-in-before by weeding hosing, saucer making once in every month for plants/hedge, once in every 15 days for carpet grass/ country grass/doob grass, Burmuda grass prunng dried branches once in every week, depositing the material at place as directed by Engr-in-Charge and planting the new plants in place of dead plants of same species and height tuning with dods wherever required by replacing the dead patched of grass of any with the same grass as required without extra cost to the department and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
