21Material and labour for painting two coats of water born paint after preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer"s instructions for making lines, dashes, strips, circles, arrows, letters etc. on newely untrated concrete surfaces (Horizontal) and similar other surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth, with road marking paint (Matt Finish) (water based) conforming to the requirements of IS-164 (1981) of white, golden, yellow, orange, Red and black tint as per the requirement of AF Authoritiesby using fully/semi automatic paint applicator machine (using cold airless spray/ striper machine with minimum two spray guns),complete all as specified and directed .
22Note for Srl item No 1.20: Thickness of paint shall be minimum 40 micron (Dry film thickness) for each coat after application.
23Make for Srl item No 1.20: Apcotrack manufactured by Asian paints/ Guide line of Berger or equivalent in other makes given here-in-after and approved by GE.
24Material and labour for Standard Wall PVC Pipe 10 inch nominal dia (bore) with PVC coupling, 10 Kg/ Sq Cm as a fair lead tube support, complete all as specified and directed.

33Supply,installation, commissioning and testing Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM made Power Distribution system. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES including MCBs and indicator lamps. The Enclosure shall be anti-acid & anti corrosive withIP 65 protection. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of ASTA CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only.Panel partly assembled by OEM, channel partner or sister concern assembly shall not be accepted. Internally embedded Gaskit shall bemade of polyurethane. The Panels shall be manufactured asapproved in MES and a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT ofboard made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel shall besubmitted in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The ASTA CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily- Tempreature Rise, Dielectric Properties, short circuit withstand current- Rate peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reprots for Polycarbonate. Thermoplastic Board only shall be used and test Reprots submitted accordingly. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer. The panel shall pass glow wire test 960 degrees Centigrade in accordance with 60695-2-11 (flame retardant and self-extinguishing). 34Material and labour for chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode size 900mmx600mmx5mm thick buried directly in ground vertically with top edge of the plate not less than 3.5m below normal ground level (the depth of pit not less than 4.25m below normal ground level), earth plate surrounded by packed layers of mixture of magnesium sulphate -100kg, common salt -200kg, charcoal dust -300kg and also mixing of Bentonite not more than 25 kg with water electrode connected with & including earth lead of copper strip 32x6mm by means of oxycetelance copper brazing as directed by EIC, and other end of the earth lead connected to main switch board or main control board or test or equipemnt, earth lead protected by glavanized iron pipe light grade (ISI) marked 50mm bore alongwith watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade (ISI) marked of specified make), funnel with wire, including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover (in lieu of CI cover) all as shown in electical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed. Note (s):- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thcik reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 500mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii)Rate shall include copper strip and GI protected pipe upto a length of 7.5m length, beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 01 Ohm, In case the test results are not found below 01 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt. (v) For effective visbility identification and traceability of earth (EP) with coresponding earth of eqpt and bldg, markers in metal (Mild steel) shall be provided, earth test of earth pit to be proveded with a colour code. The direction regarding the size, shape and clour of the Mild steel identification board etc, shall be given by the EIC. (vi)All joints of strip shall be brazed on both sides (over lapping) except test point.(vii) On completion of entitre work, contractor shall submit record showing location of earthing, earth value, date of testing, user"s signature etc to engr-in-charge.
35Material and labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead or lightning conductor, 32mmx6mm copper strip, fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws, PVC/ Porcelain insulators etc or recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, including brazing at all points except test point, complete all as specified and directed.
36Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 50 mmbore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement,including MS clamps,nut,bolts etc,complete all as specified and directed.
37Supply and fixing Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75mmx75mmx25mm, drilled and screwed, including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified.
38Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioningLow Tension (LT)XLPE insulated andarmoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 4 core aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, alongpolesorpassing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Excavation & earthork, sand cushioning and bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.
39Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioningLow Tension (LT)XLPE insulated andarmoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, alongpolesorpassing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed.Note:Excavation & earthork, sand cushioning and bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.
40Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for laying/taking out cables and foundations of poles etcand getting out complete, all as specified.
41Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each as in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified. NOTE: For payment purposes volume of returning filling shall be considered after 10% deduction.
42Removingof surplussoil / excavated material to a distancenot exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed complete all as specified.
43Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding andcushioning to cable, 8cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable including spreading, levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note : Consolidated/punned thickness of 18 cm (overall) shall be measured for payment purpose.
44Supplying and laying factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type, flat , of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dryin trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.
45Taking out / down old existing HT/LT grade cables any size, laid in trenches, for re-routing or removal to store for credit, including bricks/Precast PCC cable coverfor protection, complete all as specified and directed.
46Re-routing and laying old HT/LT grade cables any size retreived from ser item No 2.13 here-in-before, complete all as specified and directed.
47Taking outold existing 100mm diaCI pipe including all fittings, with spigot and socket ends and lead joints, laid in trenches, for re-routing or removal to store for credit, including burning out and recovering lead, complete all as specified and directed.
48Re-routing and laying old 100mm diaCI pipe retreived from ser item No 2.15 here-in-before, complete all as specified and directed.
49Material and labour for cast iron 100mm bore pipes with spigot and socket ends centriugally cast, Class LA, in any length, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.
50Supply and fixing LED aviation obstruction light 240 V 50Hz, weather proof as per IP- 65, cast metal body LM-6 alloy with toughened clear transparent hard glass, including fixing arrangement at top of the RCC column 3 mtr height, including PVC 2 core 4 sqmm multistranded Aluminium cable with fixing arrangement of switch control and suitable connection, complete all as specified and directed.
