Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.The rate isincluding octroi, royality,Malkana, toll tax, GST or anyother taxes imposed by the Government . |
