3Disconnectingand taking out existing old LT cable of any size from trenches/from pole/walls including taking out old GI tubes, cable protection covers, etc complete all as specified and directed.
4Supplying, laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, steel armoured, aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable (Conforming to IS 7098), ISI marked, in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads offollowing size complete all as specified and directed:- Note:- 1. The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely. 2. Cable may fixing/ passing through pipe laid in trenches or fixed to pole/ wall or fixed to LT panel etc.

48NOTES FOR ALL ITEM OF OF PANEL : - (a) Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tanks pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth. (8 tanks pretreatment process includes : degreasing / water rinsing / de-rusting / water rinsing / activation / phosphating / water rinsing / passlvation. (b)Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 mocrons and test certificate for power coating shall be furnished along with LT panel. (c)The panel manufacturer should have following certification :- (i) CPRI Certification Degree of protection IP-54 (should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC:60529 tests). (ii) CPRI certificates short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A. (iv)All the electrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs should be of same make, (v)Drawing of panel board should be got approved from AGE(I) before fabrication. (vi)Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.

60Dismantling of existing unserviceable stay assy any type/size from its stay rod, cutting stay rod (above ground portion ) including stay GI wire, dismantling MS clamps, nuts, bolts, GI stay bow loop insulators etc including GI wire complete all as specified and directed.
61M&L for Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1, i.eStay rod 1.8 Mtr length, 16mm dia and size of stay grip 7/2.50 mm, size of stay plate 230 x 230 x 6 mm mild steel galvanised material, stay bows shall be of mild steel galvanised of 14 mm dia and 40 cm length all shown as per MES SSR Part-I, , the stay rod shall be embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C 2 to a depth not less than 1.67 Meters in such a way that the top of the concrete block so formed is well below the ground level to prevent uprooting of the stay rod. A stay rod of length 1.8 mtrs and dia 16 mm dia , length of remaining 45 cm of the stay rod shall project above the ground level. The stay wire of size 7/3.15 mmshall be fixed to the stay rod at the bottom and to the stay clamp to the pole, by means of well spiced joints with a porcelain guy insulator of size 65 x 95 mmplaced 3 Mtr above the ground level and a turn back to inserted in the middle and near the top respectively.The stay clamps shall be located near about the centre of gravity of the pull of the over head conductors, stay rod and thimble shall be in correct alignment with stay wire. The angle between the pole and the wire should be about 45° to 30° complete all specified and directed by Engr-in charge. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
62Dismantling old broken /worn out/rusted ACSR/ copper conductor/ GI wire/ cradles etc carefully of any size, from existing over head electric lines incl disconnection supply completeall as specified and as directed.
63S&F in repairs aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/description on LT poles/linesincluding stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting jumpers, connections etc including testing complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Old spacers obtained from taking down of ACSR conductor shall be reused and fixed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and deemed included in quoted rate by bidder.
64Restringing of existing ACSR’s conductors and earth wires including cradles, of any description, size & shape and in any position, as in LT overhead lines, on existing poles, including opening of connections and binding wires, restringing and tightening of conductors/earth wire in position, removing sag, binding to insulators with new aluminum wire, making and connecting jumper connections etc. including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following provisions also :- (i) Setting/adjusting etc in position of cradles. (ii) Adjusting & tightening of stay assembly wherever required. (iii)Trimming/cutting of all trees branches upto 1M distance from nearest conductor/earth wire as directed at site. (iv) Old spacers (if any) of ACSR conductor shall be reused and fixed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
65M&L for trimming of branches of trees touching LT/ HT electric over head line and making clear about 3m in radius by climbing up tree or by providing ladder, at a height of 9 mtr and above and carrying and depositing where directed not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Necessary T&P items arrange by contractor. (ii) While cutting the tree branches, the fallen branches damaged the conductor, insulator, pole etc, the contractor should be replaced the said items without any extra cost. If contractor failed to rectify the complaint withing 4 hours of time period the penalty of Rs 10000 imposed per hour till rectify. (iii) Distance between pole to pole shall be measured as one span.Only those span will be measured in which trees are alives
