OD215906/2022-2023:Hire charges for 1 nos. 2016 or latest model Motor cabs having 5 seat Diesel Taxi car 1500 cc or below with driver for the use of PH Division, Alappuzha for a period of One year including cost of fuel, lubrication oil, gear oil, spare parts, maintenance charges, service charges, toll and other levies, wages to the driver and all other incidental charges etc. complete Calculation of rate for running km;(As Per G.O.(P) No.14/2022/TRANS Dated, Thiruvanantgapuram 26th April,2022; Charges for motor car below 1500cc : Rs. 18/; Total expected distance for one month :1500km; Average distance / day :1500/25 day=60km; Total running charge for 60km @Rs 18/km :60x18=1080/-; Detention /waiting charges( working time 9am to 5 pm) : 8 hrs; Average speed : 40 km; Time required for running : 60/40= 1.5 hrs; Detention time : 8-1.5=6.5hrs; Detention charge :6.5x50= 325/- ; Total charge for running including waiting charges for 60km : 1080+325= 1405/-; Rate km :1405/60=23.42/- Say Rs 23.50/-
