Making of temporary arrangement so as to protect the stabilizer from rain / water. Dismantling of voltage stabilizer and extraction of internal assembly from it’s chamber using chain pulley block, tripod stand & other tools and tackles. to draw out damaged rotary switches-2nos (complete). Providing and fitting of new rotary switches-02nos alongwith there regulators. Job also includesExtraction of 01 no. damagedcoil and shifting to workshop followed by replacement with 1no., copper wound coil complete with insulation with varnish and shifting back to site. Lowering of internal assembly with all the phase coils inside the chamber. Filling of 200 liters of new transformer oil. Replacement of volt meter 01 no. ampere meter 01 no., phase indicators and internal wiring, closing top cover. Dragging of voltage stabilizer inside pump room and making electrical connection with LT side of electric transformer and with panel & testing on load. Complete job includes cost of material, carriagecharges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. (complete job).
