Tender For Refurbishment Of Cad-Cam Lab At Mechanical Department, Wce, Sangli (Furniture Works) -1 Providing and fixing table of size 1.5 m x 0.75 m x 0.75 m with 18 mm termite proof ISI grade plywood with 1 mm thick approved laminate on three vertical faces and top with 36 mm border for vertical supports, 36 mm thick laminated edge finish for table top with horizontal members, foot rest as per approved design and drawing etc. complete as directed by Engineer in-charge. 2 Providing and fixing table of size 1.2 m x 0.9 m x 0.75 m with 18 mm termite proof ISI grade plywood with 1 mm thick approved laminate on three vertical faces and top with 36 mm border for vertical supports, 36 mm thick laminated edge finish for table top with horizontal members, foot rest as per approved design and drawing etc. complete as directed by Engineer in-charge. 3 Providing 3 seater bench in M.S. with silver coating of min. 1.8 m length with high back and standard width etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 4 Providing medium back computer chairs of approved design and Bharat Furniture (Chairs) make, Model No. IC-170 Makson Dining or equivalent etc. complete as directed by Engineer in-charge. Providing and fixing floor standing plywood cupboards of 1.5 m width, 0.6 m depth and 0.75 m height with double shutter having two shelves with lock facility in 18 mm thick plywood with 1 mm approved laminate and white laminate on internal surfaces and 36 mm border including necessary fittings, bidding, locks as per design and drawing or sample on site etc. complete directed by Engineer in-charge. 6 Providing and fixing wall mounted box for electric panel of 1.05 m width, 0.6 m depth and 1.8 m height having min. 3 shelves with lock facility in 18 mm thick termite proof ISI grade plywood with 1 mm approved laminate on external surfaces and white laminate on internal surfaces including necessary fittings, bidding as per approved design and drawing etc. complete as directed by Engineer in-charge.7 Providing and fixing rolling curtains to windows of min. 1.5 m width and 1.2 m height with windows rod and all necessary fittings etc. complete as directed by Engineer in-charge. 8 Closing existing ventilators of 1.5 m x 0.45 m using 18 mm thick termite proof and water proof ISI grade plywood as directed by Engineer-in-charge 9 Providing and fixing door of size 1.05 m x 2.4 m (including frame) in 36 mm termite proof ISI grade waterproof plywood with 1 mm thick approved laminate on both faces with necessary fittings, biddings, handles, fixtures and fitting min. 6 mm thick glass from 0.9 m to top of door (leaving necessary space for frame) with hydraulic aluminium door closer including necessary framework, polishing, finishing, fittings, locks, handles etc. complete as per approved design as directed by Engineer in-charge. 10 Providing and fixing whiteboard of size 1.8 m x 1.25 m with 0.23 m wide outer frame and 1.8 m length and 0.15 m wide projection at bottom for duster and chalk in 36 mm termite proof ISI grade plywood with 1 mm thick approved laminate with all necessary fittings etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 11 Providing and fixing Notice board of size 1.2 m x 0.75 m with framework in 18 mm thick termite proof ISI grade plywood and 36 mm frame and 1 mm thick laminate for frame and providing foam and cloth inside frame area and min. 4 mm thick glass shutter (leaving necessary space for frame) including necessary locks, fittings etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 Removing carefully 0.3 m x 0.45 m glass panels fitted in windows and doors and stacking it at specified location etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 13 Providing and fixing 0.3 m x 0.45 m plain glass of min. 4 mm thickness in door and window frame with all necessary fittings
