Name of Work:“Rate contract for professional services like Site Surveying, Soil Investigation, structural designing, Quantity Surveying, Estimation for development / modernization / upgradation of Retail Outlets, Kisan Seva Kendras, Consumer Pumps & Other IOCL locations under Gujarat State Office for a period of Two (02) years with provision to extend the same for another one year on mutual consent basis.Note: Note:-1)Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes and duties, but exclusive of Goods and Services tax (GST). Bidders are advised to make themselves fully conversant with applicable GST Law.2)GST rate is considered @18%and will be paid extra at the time of billing as per Government Directives.3) The Price Bid / Price Schedule shall be read with all other sections of this Tender Document. 4) The Tenderer is deemed to have studied the tender terms and conditions, specifications and details of works to be done within the Time Schedule and acquainted himself on the conditions prevailing at the locations.5)This BOQ template must not be modified/replaced by the bidder and the same should be uploaded after filling the relevent columns, else the bidder is liable to be rejected for this tender. 6) The bidders shall quote only in coloured cells in Column F and also indicate their name in coloured cell in row 8 of the sheet. 7)Bidder should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case bidder is intending to quote “at Par”, biddermust quote “0” in the space provided. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “Not Quoted”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid.8) Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format.9). The below mentioned rates are inclusive of all Taxes, levies, duties, transport, insurance charges but exclusive of GST only and GST, currently @18%, will be payable extra as applicable.10). The party must quote only after having read & understood all terms & conditions oftender.
