Offsite Corridor Improvement Works ( Gr-B ) At Cpcl Manali, Refinery Chennai 600068 , Part-A General Works , Part-A General Works , Erection & Dismantling Of Steel Scaffoldingjob Involves Erection Of Scaffolding At The Required Locations Using 1-1 / 2 Inch Dia Steel Tubular Pipes With Suitable Clamping Arrangement, Providing Wooden Planks / Steel Gratings At The Required Locations Firmly Tied On To The Scaffolding Pipes, Removal Of The Wooden Planks / Steel Gratings & Scaffolding Materials On Completion Of The Job.The Job Also Includes Supplying Of All Types Of Tools & Tackles, Lifting Arrangements Like Chain Pulley Blocks, All Consumables And Labour To Complete The Job In All Respects, Collection & Transportation Of Steel Scaffolding Materials & Wooden Planks / Steel Gratings From The Contractors Storage Point To The Work Site And Back To Contractors Storage Point. , Erection & Dismantling - Base Reference Upto 5 Mtr Elevation From Ground Level ( External ) , Erection & Dismantling - Upto 10 Mtr Height Of Scaffolding ( External ) . Scaffolding Material Will Be Given By Cpcl, On Free Of Cost Only If Available. , Erection & Dismantling - Above 10 Mtr And Upto 20 Mtr Height Of Scaffolding ( External ) - Scaffolding Material Will Be Given By Cpcl On Free Of Cost , Only If Available. , Note For Sor Sl.No.: 1: ( 1 ) For Measurement, The Scaffolding Height Shall Be Measured From The Erected Base Level Upto The Top Plank Reference Or The Top Horizontal Poles. ( 2 ) In Case Of Either One Of The Activity Like Erection Or Dismantling Arise, 60% Of The Applicable Rate Shall Be Paid For Erection Of Scaffolding Work & 40% Of The Applicable Rate Shall Be Paid For Dismantling Work. ( 3 ) The Scaffolding Materials Shall Be Supplied By Contractor On Hire Basis. However Transportation Of Scaffolding Materials From Contractors Storage Point To Site And Its Return To Same Location After Completion Of The Work Is Under Contractors Scope. The Charges For Transportation Is Included In The Sor And No Separate Payment Is Applicable. , Supply Of Steel Scaffolding Pipes, Clamps And Gratings On Hire Basis The Contractors Scope Involves Mobilising 1.5 Dia Steel Scaffolding Pipes Of Different Lengths, Clamps ( Both Fixed And Rolling ) , Steel Gratings And Aluminium Ladders On Hire Basis To Cpcl Site For Erection Of Scaffolding At Required Locations. The Contractor Shall Mobilise Materials Of Good Quality And Paint Their Materials For Easy Identification. 3ERECTION & DISMANTLING OF STEEL SCAFFOLDINGJob involves erection of scaffolding at the required locations using 1-1/2 inch dia steel tubular pipes with suitable clamping arrangement, providing wooden planks / steel gratings at the required locations firmly tied on to the scaffolding pipes, removal of the wooden planks / steel gratings & scaffolding materials on completion of the job.The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles, lifting arrangements like chain pulley blocks, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects, collection & transportation of steel scaffolding materials & wooden planks / steel gratings from the Contractor"s storage point to the work site and back to Contractor"s storage point.
4Erection & Dismantling - Base reference upto 5 Mtr elevation from Ground level (External)
5Erection & dismantling - Upto 10 mtr height of scaffolding (External). Scaffolding material will be given by CPCL, on free of cost only if available.
6Erection & dismantling - Above 10 Mtr and upto 20 mtr height of scaffolding (External) - Scaffolding material will be given by CPCL on free of cost , only if available.
7NOTE FOR SOR SL.NO.: 1: (1) For measurement, the scaffolding height shall be measured from the erected base level upto the top plank reference or the top horizontal poles. (2) In case of either one of the activity like erection or dismantling arise, 60% of the applicable rate shall be paid for erection of scaffolding work & 40% of the applicable rate shall be paid for dismantling work. (3) The Scaffolding materials shall be supplied by Contractor on hire basis. However transportation of scaffolding materials from Contractor"s storage point to site and its return to same location after completion of the work is under contractor"s scope. The charges for transportation is included in the SOR and no separate payment is applicable.
8SUPPLY OF STEEL SCAFFOLDING PIPES, CLAMPS AND GRATINGS ON HIRE BASIS The contractor"s scope involves mobilising 1.5" dia Steel Scaffolding Pipes of different lengths, Clamps (both Fixed and Rolling), Steel gratings and Aluminium Ladders on hire basis to CPCL site for erection of scaffolding at required locations. The contractor shall mobilise materials of good quality and paint their materials for easy identification. Payment will be made on per day basis for individual items, from the date of erection - to- date of dismantling, which shall be duly certified by EICs based on the material in-pass and out-pass details and its actual usages.Payment will not be given for keeping the material inside the refinery premises without the instruction of EIC / Job requirement.The contractor shall maintain a stock of certain quantity of all materials to take up scaffolding arrangement jobs immediately upon instruction of EIC
