Note: 1. Dismantling Is Permitted Upto Ground Level Only. Below Ground Level Does Not Be Permitted. Cutting Is Permitted. Due Care To Be Taken By The Bidder / Purchaser To Avoid The Unwanted Mishapes At Work Spots And Ncessary Precautions / Safety Attangements Should Be Assured By The Purchaser. They Should Make Arrangement As Per The Labour Laws For Safety Of Their Staff. Railway Will Not Responsible For Any Mishap / Damage To The Staff / Materials Of Purchasers / Staff. In Case Of Any Damages To The Railway Property During Dismentaling / Loading Etc. Purchaser Shall Be Responsible And Loss Will Be Recovered From The Purchasers.
