Scope of Work:-Repairing of 02 nos. rack pinion:-1. Damage rack pinion removing from the machine.2. Gouging out the floated materials of teeth.3. Grinding after gouging.4. Metal depositing in outer damaged teeth.5. Machining as per required size on lathe machine.6. Metal depositing in inner splines.7. Splines cutting by shaper machine.Repairing, denting and tarfelting of roof of EKG 491 shovel:-1. Cleaning of complete roof area.2. Dented roof area (10ft × 10ft) = 100 sq. ft.3. Tarfelting area (30ft × 30ft) = 900 sq. ft.4. Fitting of boot \"\"A\"\" Frame.
