Lowering of sub-soil water level upto bottom of the foundation concrete of the Structures by providing well point system on both side of the trench including cost of 100 mm dia boring. Providing and installing pipes 100 mm dia for the bore developing for a successful bore, providing and installation of pumping machinery, suction/delivery pipes, disposal of water 20 mtr away from bore point including cost of repair maintenance, running cost machinery, and diesel oil charges, consumable items, pay of the operational staff, and dismantling of the pumping machinery, and filling the bores with sand after use and reinstallation the same to the next site for repeating of the above process of well point system, if required complete construction/testing of the structures. under dry condition Nothing extra will be paid for any difficulties met with during execution/construction, This, item is only payable for after Completion of Structures and notihing shall be payable if the water table is lowered and construction work is delayed or not done due to any reason what so far.

Operation and Maintenance of water works and Pumping Machinery ( disinfection material supplied by the Dept.) as per schedule IV for a period of 6 Years including 1 year defect lability period after 3 moths trial run period including Distribution as per DNIT.(72 months) ( will be charged to A/mtc estimates) 1st year Operation and Maintenance.
