Non Recurring Cost for Tooling of End
Non Recurring Cost for Tooling of End.-Tooling for end caps is not a supply portion.-Tooling cost is a non-recurring cost, which shall be incurred by us(Vendor) for developing the necessary tools at our (Vendor) end forcasting and machining of end-caps.- The tooling shall be a part of the set-up that shall be used formanufacturing of the items. It is proposed that the tools so developedwith this cost be retained by SKF (Vendor) to ensure continuity ofsupplies and eliminating the need to develop the tools repeatedly uponrequirement of supplies from DMRC.- Based on our (Vendor) above request, the tools developed with theNon-Recurring Costs shall not be a supply scope and is proposed to beretained by SKF (Vendor) to provide further material.
