2Operation, repair & maintenance of both COB Plants to collectively beneficiate the target quantity under CQ of Feed Ore (or as modified up to the MGS) feed to produce saleable grade chrome concentrate.This shall also cover the cost towards Operation, Repair & Maintenance of the tailing disposal system &Tailing Pond .(Detailed Scope of Works as covered under Article 3)
3Transportation Charge:
4The Transportation Charge shall cover the a)charges towards the transportation of Feed chrome ore from the Off-take Points to the blending yard and from blending yard to the plant hoppers or from Off-take Points directly to the plant hoppers which shall also include loading, unloading, blending (if required) handling, systematic stocking, and levelling of the Feed ore, re-feeding of spillage, & refeeding to the hopperb)charges towards the transportation/ shifting of Concentrates from the plant site to the Delivery Points which shall also include loading, unloading, handling, systematic geometric gradewise stacking, and levelling of the concentrates(As per OMPTS Amended Rules, 2021)
