2Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory built, tested skid mounted end suction Long Coupled Pumps for outdoor application and and each pump will having following accessories, Butterfly valve on suction and discharge each, Two pressure gauges, Spring vibration isolators on both suction and discharge and Non return valve on discharge. Individual skid for 3 nos pumps (2 working and1 Standby) Pipe work, accessories, pumps shall be suitable for PN-16 rating, complete with motor, drain valves and other accessories. The motor selected shall be energy efficient having efficiency above 90% at full load & minimum efficiency of pump shall be 70%. Pumps shall have mechanical seal and MS casing & Bronze Impeller, SS Shaft. 18Chilled water AHU with >42mm PUF panel and double skin construction complete with thermal break and BACKWARD CURVED AEROFOIL BLADES, PLUG TYPE centrifugal fan mounted on the GI base frame along with motor, with vibration isolation pads.The AHU shall have two stage filtration with G4 prefilters in prefiltersection and F8 finefilters in finefilter section, 10 Row deep chilled water cooling coil section with cooling coil and with min. 2/3 row deep Wrap around coil , blower section with blower, heater section for 4 stages with heaters connected in star connection, outlet mouth connection with damper for air balancing. UVGI lamps - UVC emitter ( Each AHU will have combination of 2 feet long UVC lamps, each lamp shall cover effectively 4sqft of area ) in coil section of AHU. The scope shall include electrical wiring connection with suitable size XLPE/PVC insulated copper conductor multicore cable and electrical isolator/switch for suitable capacities.
