| 1 | Filling of existing trench of size 14’6”X10’x3’ (approx.) by way of earth filling upto 2’3” and then providing and laying in position M-15 grade of PCC floor of 9” in such a way that floor remains approx 3ft. above the base level of trench after doing earth fillingand finishing. Earth filling and PCC flooring includes the cost of cantering, ramming, formwork and reinforcement work after providing of suitable RBM material for complete leveling of surface using manual labor on whole floor area. Laying of cement concrete on whole floor area in position M15 grade of concrete by way of providing of cement, sand and crushed stone and laying of cement concrete on all sides along the periphery inside the trench, Job includes making drainage/slope all around the outside periphery of shed with suitable grade for drainage of rain water. The job also includes complete electrification of shed by way of providing and fitting of PVC pipes 1-inch dia., bends, junction boxes, hooks box 12 module 2 nos. box 4 module - 2 nos., box 2 module-1 no, fixing using drill machine and anchoring with nuts & bolts along with at least providing and fitting of one no. 15 ampere socket-switch, one no. 5 ampere socket-switch and one no. ceiling fan. Complete wiring in shed by providing and laying of copper wire 0.5 mm2 & 11/2 mm² from main switch to all the different connections and to different switch boards. Providing and fitting of pendant holders for complete illumination and then fitting of LED bulbs.Complete testing of each point with respective switches. The job further involves laying of RCC new Foundation block for new HC Pump-set 25000 GPH X 250 mtrhead.The job includes construction of 01 no. cement concrete block by way of laying of 9ft x4ft x3ft 6inch of RCC M20 block, fabrication of steel mesh of required size as per site condition Installation of base frame over the steel mesh madeout of TMT Steel bar 10mmdia having dimension 9’X4’X3’ with spacing of 4” and leveling the base frame horizontally as well as vertically. Providing and fixing of four nos. MS round- 16 mm dia, 2 feet long foundation bolts with threads on 6 inch length on one side withanchoring the bolts to steel mesh by welding on other side and requiredform work as per site condition. Filling of foundation RCC M20 block of size 9ft x4ft x3ft 6 inch. Plastering of foundation block in the ratio-CM 1:5. Placing the HC pump-set having specification 25000 GPH X 250 mtr. head and prime mover on the base frame and assembling with nuts and bolts, alignment of pump and motor and levelling of the same using shims (if required) and coupling the pump with motor by coupling pulley set, bushes and bolts. Job also includes modification of delivery and suction lines by providing and fitting new MS pipe of 6-inch dia.4 lengths of 20 ft. each, MS Bends of 6 inch dia-4 nos., Cast Steel sluice valve of 6” dia. of class 300 rating-1 no. on delivery line and Cast Iron sluice valve of 6” dia. of 1.6 P/N rating-1 no. on suction line, Cast Steel NRV of 6” dia. of class 300 rating-1 no. on delivery line along with providing and fitting of flanges, reducers/expanders, gaskets, nut-bolts. Testing the HC pump-set on no load and then on full load. Complete job includes cost of material i.e. cement aggregate, TMT steel, form work material, foundation bolts, welding electrodes, providing of welding apparatus, and labour charges of skilled as well as semi skilled labour, transport and all other tools and tackle required to execute the job along with charges of cranes/JCB used for shifting of material and machinery from inside and around the shed to a safe place. | 2 | Designing, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of panel cum Auto transformer Starter 415 volt, AC-3 Phase, 50 Hz.180HP along with allied works at Sunjwan Procurement.The panel should be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CR Sheet supported on MS angle suitable size and having provision for fixing it on the floor with the help of bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking /sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti - rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The panel should be equipped with following components / features:Auto Transformer Starter: - The panel should be fitted with an auto transformer starter comprising of 3 Nos. 3 pole air break contactors of capacity not less than 400 Amp. -02nos. and 300 Amp. -01no. of L&T/Siemens/T&S make conforming toISI standards and oil immersed auto transformer suitable for 180 HP motor provided with tapping of 50%,65% and 80% of the line voltage to be applied to the motor, timer 1 no., push buttons 2 nos. for start and stop operation of motor, a set of RYB Neon indicator at incoming side, 1No Ammeter 0-500Amp, along with set of CT’s and 1No voltmeter 0-500 volts, voltage selector switch, a set of HRC fuses for the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables to complete the circuit for operation of the starter.MCCB:- The panel should be fitted with a 50 kA Breaking Circuit capacity three pole, three phase MCCB of 400 Amps. Capacity and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side.Protection devise/fault analyzer. A protection devise/ fault analyzer shall be fitted with the panel with capability to:a) Protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel form following electro-mechanical faults which my otherwise damage the motor windings:1 Voltage related fault: Single phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage.2 Current related fault:Over current/load, dry running, unbalance current/load, earth leakage, short circuiting.3 Mechanical fault: Locked rotor, broken shaft,b) Display line current of RYB phase and also line voltage of RY and YB phase.c) Display and record trip counts and indicate trip status for over load, under load, single phase, unbalance, earth fault, over voltage, under voltage respectively.d) Analyze, display & record no. of operation and duration of motor runningBimetal overload relay:- A bimetal over load relay of suitable range should be fitted with in the starter as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer with in isolation/bye pass switch to by-pass the fault analyzer.The job also includes providing and fitting of 3.5 core Aluminium cable – 20 mtrs. (approx) along with thimbles from HC motor to LT Panel cum ATS |
