29	Material and labour for mild steel, plain, black corrugated sheet 1.60mm thick welded with frame inbut in hearths; covering to door shut ters cut to size edges beaded if directed,holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.
30	Supply and fix anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
31	Supply and fix anodised aluminium door shutters,aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing,handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges,anodised aluminum snap beadingscrews etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
32	Material and Labour for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane, and with LW + @ 200ml/50Kg of cemen finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Polymeric membrane and WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
33	Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, includingparapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.25 ltrs per Sqmover plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surface. (Note :-Bituminuous primer shall be "TANK MASTIC" manufactured by "EMUFALTE" manufactured by M/s Texsa India Ltd./STP) (b)Over the priming coat laying one layer of APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thickweightnot less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a heightof 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall bedone withtorch application method or as per manufacturer"s instructions. (ii)A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints with suitable adhesive as per manufacturer"s instruction.(iii)APP bassed polymeric membrane shall be"MOPLY FP 3MM" manufactured by M/S Texsa India Limited/STP. (iv)Applying Aluminium paint @ 0.11 ltr/Sqm over APP membrane.
34	Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
35	Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
36	Materials and labour for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut, length of bolt exc. 10 cm but not exc. 15 cm long, diameter of shank 11mm to 15mm, complete all as specified and as directed.
37	Supply and fix galvanised, 2 stand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, fixing horizontally, crossing, tying at crossings with provision of galvanised mild steel wire or fixing to MS Nibs embedded in RCC post, complete all as specified and as directed. (Each line of wire to be measured separately)
38	Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

40	Material and labour for machine pressed precast (pre-polished)chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, with white cement and pigments , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

43	Material and labour for point wiring with two single core PVC insulated & shathed copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade HR FR of size 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) eachdrawn through and including stove enamelled steel conduit of suitable size (concealed) for flame proof wiring complete with flame proof accessories with one1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulate solid copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade HR FR as earth continuity wire, for one light point/fan point controlled by one flame proof switchcomplete all as specified and as directed.
