2Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1cement: 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
3Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement: 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
4Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement: 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.10 mtr) thickness atteched pillaster, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
5Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending and binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
6Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick and welded with angle iron frame of 30x30x5 mm so as to give a frame of fair finish including centring , shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-
7a) Vertical surface such as such as wall ( any thickness parttions & the like i/c attached pillars buttresses plinth & string courses & the like.
8Supply and fixing of Kirloskar /Kilburn /IVC /Fouress /Gled /BHEL/ Leader /Kartar make of suitable size double flanged sluice valve having size one size larger than the nominal dia of delivery of the pump or equal to dia of column pipe (in case of t/well/sump well) and capable of withstanding nominal seat pressure as mentioned in item No.1-(a) conforming to BIS/API standards with up to date amendments for DI pipes including the all fitting such as flanges, Tee, Bends etc. as per site requirement and as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge. 9Providing Installation, testing and commissioning at site 25 kVA of reputed make Kirloskar or its equivalent Liquid cooled silent DG Set comprising of approved make liquid cooled Diesel Engine developing 42 BHP @ 1500 rpm and 25 Kva Kirloskar Green make alternator rated at 3 Phase 415 Volts, 50 Hz 0.8 PF @ 1500 rpm both mounted and aligned on a common MS base frame complete with MS Fule tank integrated control panel residential Exhaust silencer AVM Pads fitted with base frame, 1 No 12 volts DC Battery Kirloskar battery leads, 1st fill of Lube Oil and other features like ease of infromation QR Enabled Gen set superior looks new attractive colour scheme multicolour genset status indicator silencer inside canopy with compact design with panel B ( AMF Panel complete in all respect use as per IS 4722 & IEC :34 as ammended upto date including all lead and lift and carriage as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer Incharge
10Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of Horizontal Spindle, Horizontal Split casing Single /Multi stage Submersible pumping set of reputed make KSB /BS/Johnston/ Worthington / Sabar/ Oswal or equivalent conforming to latest relevent BIS code 5600-2002. The pump should be fitted with free flow impellers of bronze /suitable alloy as per BIS 5659 or latest with up to date ammendments suitable for pumping out raw & unscreened sewage of municipal and industrial waste water containing fibres & solid particles from sump well having greased packed bearings & shell with wound stator on motor side & with shaft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft conforming to BIS specifications. The pump shall be directly coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor of Kirloskar/NGEF/Jyoti / Crompton make conforming to relevent BIS code with up to date ammendments totally dust & water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber chamber & grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand non vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor . 86Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Energy saving Variable Frequency fully automatic starter with Panel of L&T /KSB/ Groundfos or equivalent make for raw water pump made out of 16 Gauge sheet, powder coated dust and vermin proof, wall/base mounted and front opening door type with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate 3 No.s pumps (2 working & 1 stand by) each of the rating 7.5 HP starter should be capable enough to handle the following faults like short circuit, over current, Under current over voltage, under voltage, dry run protection and phase loss with LED ON/OFF & TRIP indicators, Power Quality Monitoring & Cotrolling Relay at the Incomer Feeder, should be fitted with Surge Suppressor Device suitable to protect against class-I & 2 surges. Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of Energy Saving Variable Grequency Starter of 3X7.5 HP Heavy Duty and for smooth start and smooth stop of pumps for the energy conservation in the system. It should be capable to monitor & control the frequency of pumps throughout the operation and to maintain the power factor of the system within acceptable limits. It should be able to withstand ambient temperature up to 50 Degrees Celsius without derating and have conformal coating class 3 C2, so that it can work in any harsh enviroment like mointure etc.

89P/L suitable size copper PVC insulated armoured power three & half core 4 Sqmm cable conforming to BIS 1554 (Part I) -1988 or latest with up to date ammendments of Siemen / Gloster / ICC / EICO / National / IEC make from meter of HPSEB to circuite breaker & from circuite breaker to bus bar switch & starter (one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment / accessories such as thimbles, flexible pipe, solder, nuts & bolts,cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor The type, size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities. In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

91Supply of Kirloskar/Kilburn/IVC/Fouress/Gled/BHEL/Leader /Kartar make of suitable size cast steel double flanged swing check type reflux valve for delivery line of Pump having bye pass arrangement & size one size larger than the nominal dia of delivery of the pump or equal to dia of column pipe (in case of t/well) and capable of withstanding nominal seat pressure as mentioned in item No.1-(a) & conforming to BIS/API standards with up to date ammendments for delivery line of pump 65 MM Dia PN-1.6.
92P/F double flanged suction, delivery pipe and common header considering site requirement NPSH required and available and common header having area equal to two times the area of delivery branch of pump including tapers, flanges rubber gaskets 3 mm thick as per BIS -1239 nuts and bolts as per 1364-1983 and special up to 5 mtrs away from the outer wall of pump house as per layout drawing approved by Engineer in charge. The pipes shall be capable of withstanding 1.5 times the total pressure indicated in the item no 1(E) -(ii) The size of suction pipe shall be one or two size larger than the suction size of pump such that valocity of flow in suction pipe is not more than 3.00 mtr /Sec and delivery pipe shall be of size one size larger than nominal delivery size of pump.
93Errection of all equipment from s.No. 8 to 13 inclding cost of tees, bends, tapers and any other fittings required as per site conditions and as per direction of the Engineer Incharge.
