Expert Services for overhauling of MAB

The service charges for Mechanical Supervisor are for each day of normal working (10hrs per day) excluding Lunch break. The Engineer will be available to work for 5 (Five) days in a week from Monday to Friday. Accounting shall be made at actual based on the time sheet signed and certified by the Engineer In-charge.

Overtime charges for Mechanical Supervisor shall be payable only in case:1) For each hour or part of an hour worked in excess of the normal working hour of 10 hrs per day and upto 12hours per day.2) Work is executed on Saturday and Public Holidays in INDIA.

Emergency work charges for Mechanical Supervisor shall be payable only in case:1) For each hour or part of an hour worked beyond 12 hours from Monday to Friday (i.e., 10 hours normal working + 02 hours overtime per day) and beyond 12 hours on saturday.2) Work is executed on Sunday.

Mobilisation/Demobolisation charges for Mechanical Supervisor include Airline Tickets, Taxi, Hire Cars etc on travelling Days, Travelling Time, Accomodation Cost and allowances on travelling days, Visa Cost, baggage Cost, Local Conveyance in Germany and all other expeneses that is incurred by MAN Energy Solutions for Mobilisation of its Engineer at Paradip Refinery and Demobilisation from Site.(4.00 LS x Rs.13,50,192.85 = Rs. 54,00,771.40)
