3	Repair to Radiator by removing the radiator from the machine. Removing by way of heating the solders of upper and lower reservoirs. Removing by way of gas cutter 4No. of blocked tube and replacing with new tubes by way of soldering. Plugging the leakage at 4 points on the core of radiator. Cleaning the core by way of using of caustic soda and flushing out with water. Soldering the upper and lower reservoirs and fitting on the machine. P/f of new upper & lower hose pipes with clamps. P/f of radiator foundation bolts and radiator cap complete job.
4	Repair to self starter by dismantling it completely, cleaning with petrol, inspection of parts and then replacement of damaged/worn out parts by P/F of set of field coil, carbon brush set-01no., new armature, solenoid switch with bendex drive-01no., p/f of bearing along with long bolts, p/f of carbon bush moving plate assembling and testing. The job includes cost of material, labour charges and taxes.
5	Complete overhauling of the gear box and speed shaft. Removing the damaged/ worn out parts. P/f of coupling shaft-1No.along with ball bearing, bearing housing and reverse bevel pinion along with ball bearing. P/f of 2nd speed pinion, speed wheel (slow)-1No. and speed wheel (fast)-1No. P/f of bushes, speed pin, washer, end washer. Providing of bushes 2No.by way of grinding and fitting to size.
