Lumpsum Cost/Rate to carry out the project as per the detailed scope of work (complete in all respect), as specified in the RFP Document. NOTE1. All duties, taxes,GST, royalties and other levies as applicalbe and payable by contractor under this project/ contract shall be included in the rates, prices, and total Bid price submitted by the Bidder.2. The rates and prices quoted by the Bidder shall be fixed for the duration of the Contract and shall not be subject to adjustment. 3. Even though the Tender is based on a Lumpsum cost basis, the contractor shall submit a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in PDF File for each items as specifiedunder the RFP docuemnt under Section - III. (Kindly refer Specifications and Indicative Quantities for Development of Change Rooms on Floating Jetty mention at on pg. no. 92 to 94 of RFP Document)

Lumpsum Cost/Rate to carry out the Operation and Maintenance of Jetty being constructed and 6 Additional Jetties for a period of 1 Year.
