By Taking All Safety Guidelines As Per Instruction Of Engineer In Charge. 14 Fitting Of Complete Ms Pipe Each Piece Of Sunction Line In Ugr As Required Replaceable Pipe Joint Each Other With Flange & Rubber Packing And Nut Bolts In All Safety Measures, Arranging All Tools And Tackles For Completion Of Work In All Respect Such As Welding Set, Welding Set Gas Cutter & Heavy Labor Etc. The Job Also Includes Dewatering Of Balance Water In The Ugr By Contractor Dewatering P / Set With Department Electric Connection & Replacement Of Sluice Valve, Nrv And Foot Valve Make All Necessary Arrangements Shall Be Done Guidelines As Per Instruction Of Engineer In Charge. 15 Loading, Unloading, Cartage And Transportation Charges For The Above Materials Up To The Site Including Charges Of Heavy Labor Etc. 16 All Pump Sets Should Be Tested On No Load And Full Load Conditions As Per Standard From Full Satisfaction Of Engineer In Charge. 17 Cleaning The Surface Of Ms Pipe And Valves Etc. With Wire Rush And Emery Paper And Painting The Complete Installation With Two Or More Coats Of Synthetic Enamel Paint And Coat Of Steel Primer.

4	Supply of MS flanges 150 mm dia dully drilling of hole as per requirement. Make: - ISI Mark, Approved by DJB.
5	Supply of MS bend of 150 m dia, 900 heavy duty long.Make: - ISI Mark, Approved by DJB.
6	Providing & fixing of sluice valve 150 mm PN- 1.0 CI.Make: - Kirloskar / IVC / Approved by DJB
7	Providing & fixing of coupling guard suitable size for above pump set on site required as per sample.
8	Supply of nut bolt washer of size good quality.
9	Supply of Neoprene rubber packing.Make: - Jyoti / National / Approved by DJB.
10	Making supply of MS Clamp as required for holding the suction line.
11	Supply of 150 mm dia CI double flanged NRV, P.N- 1.0 Make: - Kirloskar / IVC / Approved by DJB
12	Providing & fixing of foot valve, IS :4038, PN-1.0Make: - IVC / Kirloskar / Approved by DJB
13	Making of suction lines of suitable size gap pieces of 2 mtr by cutting of pipes, flanged welding from both side with the help of gas cutter, welding etc. by taking all safety guidelines as per instruction of Engineer in Charge.
14	Fitting of complete MS pipe each piece of sunction line in UGR as required replaceable pipe joint each other with flange & rubber packing and nut bolts in all safety measures, arranging all tools and tackles for completion of work in all respect such as welding set, welding set gas cutter & heavy labor etc. The job also includes dewatering of balance water in the UGR by contractor dewatering p/set with department electric connection & replacement of sluice valve, NRV and foot valve make all necessary arrangements shall be done guidelines as per instruction of engineer in charge.
15	Loading, unloading, Cartage and Transportation charges for the above materials up to the site including charges of heavy labor etc.
16	All pump sets should be tested on No load and full load conditions as per standard from full satisfaction of engineer in charge.
17	Cleaning the surface of MS pipe and valves etc. with wire rush and emery paper and painting the complete installation with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint and coat of steel primer.
