Repair scope of turbine rotor includes the following:1. Receipt, unloading and unpacking of the rotor.2. Cleaning.3. Inspection and indications.4. Manufacture and replacement of all blades of row 1 & 12 i.e. 2 HP rows.5. Manufacture and replacement of sealing fins and machining to drawing.6. Manuftacture and replacement of barring wheel.7. Checking and cleaning of overspeed governor assembly.8. Skim cut on front oil gland area.9. Undercut to be taken on rear oil gland area. Bush has to be shrink-fitted & machined to match the oil gland drawing.10. Polishing of thrust collar and front & rear journal areas.11. Manufacture and replacement of balancing weights, as applicable.12. Preparation of balancing tunnel equipment (Rotor nut, Adapter plate and dummy coupling).13. High speed balancing and overspeed test of rotor.14. Preservation & packing.15. Forwarding.
