1Dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick grading concrete from roof slab,cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50 lead etc. all complete.
24cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab using 12mm & downgraded size hard granite chips for oldwork
3Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with alluminium anodised T section No. 3215 with 2\"-0\" center to center L section No. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.Cplug and the alluminium grid 2\"-0\"x 2\"-0\" suspended from ceilling etc complete.
4Cost of M.S. angle iron door & window including transportation charges, fitting and fixing charges etc.complete.
5Providing ,fitting ,fixing GCI Sheet roofing including all cost etc all complete.
6Fixing Parking tiles in floorson 25mm thick bed of cement mortar ( 1 : 1 ) joined with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost of tiles & rubbing and polishing etc.complete.
7Distempering two coats over one coat of cement primer. etc. complete.
