Note:-(a) The minor complaints (non functioning of fans, replacement of fan capacitor, flexible wire, switch, fan regulator, replacement of fan blade, replacement of fan louvers) shall be competed within 24 hrs by deploying required manpower. (b) Major complaints like rewinding of fan, replacement of metal shaft, replacement of ball bearingshall be completed within one week. (c) Contractor fails to attend the minor complaints of normal/minor nature within 24 Hrs and and major complaints within one week otherwise he shall be levied penalty of Rs 100/- per complaint per day for minor complaints and Rs 200/- per complaint per day for major complaints . (d) Contractor either himself or his accredited agent shall collect the day to day complaint slip from concern JE in the morning daily and deposit the same after complaince. |
