Name of Work: \"Modification of Sliding Gates and Other related Works at LPG Bottling Plant, Goindwal Sahib \" Note:-1)Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes and duties, but exclusive of Goods and Services tax (GST). Bidders are advised to make themselves fully conversant with applicable GST Law.2)GST rate is considered @18%and will be paid extra at the time of billing as per Government Directives.3) The Price Bid / Price Schedule shall be read with all other sections of this Tender Document. 4) The Tenderer is deemed to have studied the tender terms and conditions, specifications and details of works to be done within the Time Schedule and acquainted himself on the conditions prevailing at the locations.5)This BOQ template must not be modified/replaced by the bidder and the same should be uploaded after filling the relevent columns, else the bidder is liable to be rejected for this tender. 6) The bidders shall quote only in coloured cells in Column F and also indicate their name in coloured cell in row 8 of the sheet. 7)Bidder should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case bidder is intending to quote “at Par”, biddermust quote “0” in the space provided. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “Not Quoted”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid.

(Hot finished welded type tubes - Forproviding additional panels to support 2 mm thick MS plate)
3Demolishing R.C.C. workmanually/ by mechanicalmeans including stacking of steel bars & disposal of unserviceable material outside site to an unobjectionable place as/ direction of Engineer-in-charge
4Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
5xiv)Brick work with class designation 5.0 bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in superstructureABOVE PLINTH AND UP TO FLOOR V LEVEL
6Providing & Laying Reinforcedcementconcreteworkinwalls (Any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level UP TO FLOOR V LEVEL excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : RCC 1 Cement:2 Coarse Sand:4 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm
7Centering and shutteringincluding strutting, proppingetc. and removal of form for:Walls including attachedpilasters, buttress, plinth andstring courses etc.
8Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade with two or more coats over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
9Provide, Installation of MS wheel as per specifications (O groove type)
10Electronic sensors to avoid accidental hitting of objects/persons/animal/ vehicles etc.
