Dismantling of existing pneumatic line connected to the compressor and components of compressor including main block 2- stage electric motor and assembly shifting to workshop as instruction given by Engineer in charge.

Complete overhauling of the main compressor including recondition of the block, crank – shaft, replacement of the bearings/oil seals/belts/gaskets/oil rings/piston and service kit as instruction given by Engineer – in charge.

Reassembling of the compressor and filling with required qty. of compressor oil and transporting back the entire assembly to the plant as instruction given by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing of silencer unit and air filter for KAY international make. Air blower unit at 72 MLD WTP.
