( C ) Electronic Protection Against Wrong Connection. ( D ) Indication For Blown Fuse ( 2 ) Measurement Of Ac / Dc Voltage, Ac / Dc Current, Min / Max Value, Transistor & Capacitance Etc. True Rmd Value Should Be Measured Case Of Ac Voltages. ( 3 ) The Systems Should Be Provided With A Minium Of 3 1 / 2 Digit / Seven Segment Lcd Display. ( 4 ) System Should Have The Facility Of Holding Be Data For Displayed Digital Value. Also It Should Be Possible To Display The Relative Offs Value From Reference Value.
