4M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
5M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
6M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, applying chalk whiting preparatory to distempering and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.
7M & L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
8M & L for preperation of old plastered wall surface including washing down, rubbing down and stopping of distempered wall surfaces, applying 1 mm thick wall care putty wherever required and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.
9M & L for preperation of old decorative wall surfaces, ceiling cornices etc by brooming, scrapping down dust particles, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc, making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where ever required and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint complete all as specified and directed.
