Periodical Service And Camouflage Painting To Certain Buildings In Kaluchak And Tech Area At Afs Jammuunder Ge Af Jammu, 1 Taking down cement plaster of any descriptionon brick wall ceiling and concrete surface etc including racking out joints,hacking for keys scrubbing to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr depoisting and spreading complete all as specifed and as directed. 2 Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articlescomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3 M&L brick work with old size sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 Description all as per item no.3 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work/stone work on walls, concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specifed and directed. 6 M&L15mm thick renderingon fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, other than fair face(without using extra cement) on external walls in cement mortar 1:4 including WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note: Supply only liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid separately 7 Supply only LiquidWater Proofingadmixture complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Preparation ofold surfaces of walls by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts washing, rubbing down and cleaning oil greasy spots etc and applying one coat of distemperingwith oil emulsion distemper white or any tinted on walls, filling gaps by putty after washing rubbing down and stopping of distermpered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 9 Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coatsacrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New Surfaces (Two or more coat applied @1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) with likewall roof projection facias, chajja etc all as per manufactures instructions all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 10 Complete removal of exisiting treatmentfinishing walls with acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old Surfaces (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over one coat of birla white wall care putty as on melbow with like wall roof projection facias, chajja etc all as per manufactures instructions all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 11 Finishing walls with one coat ofacrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including preparation orold surface with complet removal over onecoat ofprimer applied @ 0.835 ltr/10 sqm complete all as specifiedand directed by Engg-in Charge. 12 M&L for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paintcomplete all as specified and as directed. 13 M&L for prepration of old steel surface of any discription over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint allasdescribed complete all as specified and as directed. 14 M & L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls upto 18 m height applying one coat primer and two coats of exterior quality paint in camoflage pattern long life offering ten year guarantee ( with RGB value in sigma pattern) in any tint on melbow width like roofprojection ,facia chajja etc) all as per manufactureres instructions with all scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per pattern approved by users for the camoflage pattern. 15 M & L complete removal of old existing whrerein the previous decoration has been completly removed from plastered surface of walls by using sanders brushing machine and proper washing of walls with water over one coat of primer and applying two coats of exterior quality paint in camoflaging pattern long life with offering 10 yrs gurantee (with RGB value) in anytint on melbow width like roof projection, facia, Chhajja etc) all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per pattern approved by users for the camoflage pattern. 16 M& L applying 3 mm wall putty on newly plastered surface of wall etc complete all as spd and directed by Engr in charge 17 SCHEDULE A PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch A Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder. 18 Note: (1) The repair has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge in the Kaluchak area.
