7	Supplying and filling approved M SAND of specified quality under floors, plinths, foundations etc. for all depthsincluding the cost of sand, labour charges,tools and tackles,royalties, transportation to site for all leads and lifts, including loading, unloading, spreading in layer not exceeding 150 mm, watering, ramming, compacting with mechanical compactors and/ or other equipment to specified levelall complete as perspecifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
8	Supplying and filling approved QUARRY DUST of specified quality under flooring etc. for all depthsincluding the cost of quarry dust, labour charges,tools and tackles,royalties, transportation to site for all leads and lifts, including loading, unloading, spreading in layersnot exceeding 150 mm, watering, ramming, compacting with mechanical compactors and/ or other equipment to specified levelall complete as perspecifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
9	Providing and laying in position PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE (PCC) 1:4:8 with 40mm & down size graded aggregate for levelling course/pavement/fill under footings,raft, pavement etc., for all depthsincluding all tools and tackles, labour and material charges, curing, compacting,in any shape, level, thickness, position and finishing the surface smooth/rough etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10	Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement, 1.5 fine aggregate (M sand), 3 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth including machine mixing, curing, consolidating with vibrator etc. complete as per instruction of engineer in charge excluding cost of shuttering and fabrication of reinforcement.

14	Supplying, fabricating and placing in position HIGH STRENGTH DEFORMED STEEL BAR REINFORCEMENT of grade Fe500 for RCC work, straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, binding with contractor"s own 16 Standard Wire Gauge(SWG) black soft annealed binding wire at every intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, overlaps, chairs, spacers, lifting hooks etc for all heights & depths etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15	Providing and laying BRICK MASONRY using cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement:5 MSand) in both substructure & superstructurefor all depths & heights including the cost of materials, labour,tools and tackles, scaffolding/staging, sampling and testing, soaking of bricks, cutting and laying of bricks, providing recesses, making openings of any shape and size,embedding the fittings,curing, etc. all complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16	Providing and fixing precast slabs beams with RCC 1:1:5:3 (1 cement, 1.5 fine aggregate (M sand), 3 stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size including cleaning, fixing, lifting and placing in position, necessary shuttering, finishing, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement.
17	Providing 12mm THICK CEMENT PLASTER in cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 M sand) onbrickmasonry,RCC surfacesincluding preparation of base, cleaning, chipping, hacking of existing plaster, scaffolding if required, finishing, curingincludingmouldings and providing grooves in plaster etc. as specifiedfor all heights including labour charges ,tools and tackles,material costs etc. as per specifications and asdirected by the Engineer-in-Charge.
