2	A.1 of Format: GYPSUM DEWATERING EQUIPMENT complete with all Accessories as per the Technical Specification PY52325 R1 including Commissioning Spares for 1X800 MW Kothagudem FGD project. (Commissioning spares as per manufacturer"s recommendation. List to be enclosed.) A.2 of Format: Special Tools & Tackles for GYPSUM DEWATERING EQUIPMENT B.1 of format: GYPSUM DEWATERING EQUIPMENT complete SPARES as per the Technical Specification C.1 of format: Includes supervision of erection & commissioning, supervision of trial operation, PG test, training of customer’s O&M Personnel and handing over to customer. NOTE : 1. The Bid Evaluation is on Package-wise L1 basis. 2. The Total Lump price quoted shall be INCLUSIVE of Packing & Forwarding, Freight and Testing Charge. 3. The Total Lump price quoted shall be EXCLUSIVE of GST, Third party inspection (TPI) and transit Insurance Charge. GST shall be paid extra by BHEL at applicable rates. 4. Foreign bidders may also refer applicable clauses of GCC, SCC and Technical Specification for their Quotation. 5. The percentage of discount resulting for entire package price after RA/Price Negotiation with L1 bidder i.e. percentage of discount from initial online sealed bid price to RA/Negotiation closing price, shall be considered for unit rates of addition/ deletion items also.
