| 3 | Group-B: Transportation of LNG from Ennore LNG Terminal to LNG Storage & Regasification Infrastructure Facility at Hopetown, South Andaman, India:Annual Fixed Charges for providing shipping services for transportation of LNG from IOCL Ennore LNG Terminal, Tamil Nadu, India to LNG Storage & Regasification Infrastructure Facility (Mini FSRU) at Hopetown, south Andaman using a dedicated Mini LNG Vessel to IOCL services only including all work such as manpower, operation & maintenance, inspection, etc. for supplying about 65000 Metric Tons of LNG per year to the proposed LNG-based Power Plant at south Andaman as per the Scope of Work and Specification provided in the Transportation Agreement to be executed between IOCL and the successful bidder.Note: 1. Variable Charges such as port charges, etc. shall not be a part of Annual Fixed Charges and shall be paid / reimbursed separately to the Shipping Company by IndianOil in Indian Rupees on actual basis based on the no. of trips undertaken in a month and submission of payment receipts of port charges. 2. LNG as a main bunker fuel would be provided by IndianOil as free issue material to the Shipping Company and shall not form a part of Annual Fixed Charges.3. The bidder shall be evaluated based on lowest value of summation of Annual Fixed Charges and maximum guaranteed annual bunker fuel consumption (including all applicable taxes but excluding GST) for a Contract Year as illustrated above in Preamble. |
