Supplying all materials, labour, T&P, design, drawingetc.complete in all respect for construction ofPump House \"construction of Compound wall , construction of CC prottection wall, const. of RCC cover for IW/OW, RCC step, Walk way bridge, Barbed wire fencing , construction of approach road alongwith site development including laying, testing and commissioning of Rising main & Distribution system pipe line such as DI / UPVC/ HDPE/ ASTM/ G.I pipe lines etc.along with required fittigs & specials, construction ofvalve chamber, public stand post,100% individual house hold connection , storage tank,installation of submersible pump with motor in Percolation well / Intake well / Production well& OGR etc. (including fitting of stand by pump motor), internal wiring of Pump houses etc. as per supplied Drawing in Section-7 and detail scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work mentioned in Section-5 of DTCN andin Annexuresof the Following Villages Under BALANGIRBlock in Balangir District.All materials required shall be supplied by the Contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimensions are as per supplied drawings and as per direction of Engineer in Charge . OF UGR:Supplying of alllabour,T&P, material for soil testing , supply of design, drawing , construction, erection, testing & commissioning of Following capacity RCC UGR with using M25 and spherical dome using R.C.CM-30 , 2 nos ISI marked 150/100 mm dia CI sluice valve with valve chambers as per approved drawing & Design , fitting & fixing of150/100 mm dia medium grade GI pipe TATA / JINDALconfirming to IS 1239 (P-1) 2004, IS 1978 and IS 3598 of requiredlength with required specials from existing risingmain toUGR and UGR to ESR including GI in-let, out-let, over flow & washing line( double flanged GI (M) column pipe with32mm size, GI /SS ladder for inside & outside with bothhandrail , lightening arrester confirming to IS specification,water level indicator, 150/100 mm dia CI puddle collar, 0.75 m dia CI manhole cover at dome, RCC vent with brass/SS jally etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer - in- Charge and detail scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work mentioned in Section-5 of DTCN. The contractor shall Operate & maintain the PWS project for Five (5) calendar years from the completion date of commissioning of the project inclusive defect liability period of one year in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (adequate) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8hour/day without facing any problem.The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 hr of receipt of complaint either from public or from Department . The contractor shall maintain all structure of the PWS schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN &technical specificationmentioned in Section-5.1- MANHIRA-BHAINSA,- Annexure KI Rs.1001306.002- MIRDHAPALI-TULANDI- Annexure L Rs.788659.00
