3Mandatory sign board 600mm circular as per IRC 67- 2012 with high intensity Microprismatic grade retro reflective Sheeting as per ASTM D 4956 – 09 and as per IRC 67 – 2012. Fixed over 3mm thick aluminium Composite material (ACM) sheeting having aluminium skin thickness of 0.25 to 0.3 mm on both sided and fixing the same with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets @ 200 mm c/c to back support frame of 25x25x3mm angle iron supported on a square hollow steel section post 60x60x3.2mm conforming to IS 4923 without cost of definition plate firmly fixed to ground in foundation concrete M-25 of size 0.45x0.45x0.60m for vertical post complete as per clause 801 of MORT&H specifications. 9Moulded Shank Road Stud :Supplying and fixing of single mould twin shankreflective road studs made out of polycarbonate/ABS moulded body and reflectivepanels with micro prismatic lens or Glass Beedscapable of providing total internal reflection of thelight entering the lens face with retro reflectanceand chromaticity values shall be as given in thedetailed specifications and the product shallconform to ASTM D4280. The raised pavementmarker shall also meet all the testing conditions ofASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive. Two cylindrical Polymer Shanks ofnot less than 20 mm diameter and not less than30 mm length shall be molded in the RPM body.The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kgtested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Themarker shall withstand flexural strength of 909 kgfforce in accordance with ASTM D4280. Markerlenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate ormethyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788.The supplier shall provide a 2 years warranty forsatisfactory field performance as per clause804.7.3 of MORT&H 5th revision specifications (24.63)
10Solar RPM/ Stud Providing and installation of solar cateyeproduced from an engineered polymer selectedfor superior impact resistance and weather-ability.The top of the solar stud should be transparent forsolar charging and light output in active mode.The base of the body shall be yellow or neutrawhite as approved by Engineer In-charge. Themarker shall incorporate a solar panel (comprisingof solar cells) for converting solar energy intoelectricity, a storage device for storing the energy,LEDs for illumination and a design for providing360 degree smooth illumination. The Solar studshall be round in shape for providing illuminationin all directions. The solar stud shall also havehigh reflective lenses for conspicuity in passivemode and dual shanks for improved roadpresence. The solar studs are intended forapplication directly onto pavement surfaces andshall be applied with epoxy resin adhesivesdesigned for use with raised pavement markersand as supplied by the marker manufacturerseparately. The solar cateye shall be of height: 6± 2 mm & Maximum Diameter: 136 ± 4 mm. Thebody of the solar cateye shall be resistant to dustand water ingress as per IP 65 standards. Themarker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested inaccordance with ASTM D4280.(24.65)
