(a) Cabin AC compressor deck mounting channels. deteriorated and broken. New channels as per sample to be fabricated and fitted on deck.(Mat: AI, Size: 06 mtrs). (b) Cockpit and cabin AC compressor mounting brackets are uprooted, same to be fabricated as per sample. (Mat: AI). (c) AC compressor belt guard found deformed, same to be renewed as per sample along with fasteners. In way job includes dismantling of compressors/channels from mounting, fitment, welding and alignment of compressor/belt post repairs. AC system to be proved for full load operations. |
