6Material & labour for supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class LV, type 1 flat. Size 250mm X 150 mm X 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm punned sand over underground cables for protection.
7M&L for galvanised steel tube 50mm bore (light grade) layingin road/drain crossingfor cable protection pipecomplete all as specified and directed. .
8M&L for galvanised steel tube 50mm bore (light grade) fixed to pole/wall/floorfor cable protection pipe includingclamp of MS flat of size 50x5mm and nut, bolt & washers of size 50x12mm for clamping of cable protection pipe with wall/pole as where required complete all as specified and directed.

30M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including nuts, bots, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat (red oxide, zine chrome primer), one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
31Dismantling of ACSR conductors or disturbed span including line spacer and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use and unserviceable materials removing from the site complete all as specified and directed.
32Fixing only by re-straining, tightening of ACSR conductors of any size/type on LT poles including necessary new aluminium binding wire for fixing with insulator/PVC sleeves for jumper etc as required complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Serviceable ACSR conductors shall be obtained from item No. 31 above).
33M&L for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on LT poles including straining, binding with insulators with aluminium binding wire with insulator as in OH conductor, providing PVC sleeves for jumpers complete all specified and directed.
34Dismantling insulators of any type and any size and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use and removing unserviceable materials from the site complete all as specified and directed.
35Fixing only serviceable pin type porcelain, vitreous, (white/brown or green) insulator for 1100 volts grade of any type obtained from item No 34 above.
36Fixing only serviceable shackle type porcelain, vitreous (white / brown or green) insulator of any size and shape for 1100 Volts grade obtained from item No 34 above.
37S&F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.
38S&F shackle type, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps of size 31 x 3 mm, 12 mm dia insulator bolts, nuts and washers for working pressure 1100 volts of size 75 mm height, 90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
39Dismantling LT Stay assembly, of any size and unserviceable materials removing from the Site(s), complete all as specified and directed. a) Unserviceable Stay assembly shall be taken off/dismantled at Ground Level and making good disturbed ground surface. b)Rate is inclusive of necessary earthwork for demolition of cement concrete complete.
40M&L Stay assembly for LT complete with accessories as shown in Electrical plate No. 1 of MES schedule Part- I, 16 mm dia stay rod,7/3.15 mm galvanised stay strand complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Loop insulator, stay clamps, excavation/ earthwork and cement concrete shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule).
41S&F loop type insulators vitreous porcelainwhite / brown or green small size with overall dimensions 65x90 mm clearance of hole 16 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
42Dismantling earth wire of any size/dia, guarding cradle of disturbed span and keepingserviceable materialsin safe custody for re-use and removing unserviceable materials from the site complete all as specified and directed.
43Fixing only serviceable GI wire 3.15 mm or 4 mm dia martial obtained from item No 42 above complete all as specified and directed.
44M&L for cradles, hexagonal / rectangular, fabricated or continuous earth wire with galvanised steel wire 3.15 mm or 4 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
45S&F PVC fibre separator for LT line 1100 volt OH conductor 3/4 wire system for maintaining horizontal spacing of conductor complete with nut & bolt minimum two nos in a span complete all as specified and directed.
46Trimming of tree branches around the LT /HT OH conductor, pole & stay (not less than 3 metre) to clear the over head lines including cleaning of birdnest, creepers on poles and stays etc complete as required including removing and disposed off from the site directed. Note : The quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of provision of periodically cleaning/cutting etc including disposal there-off and "span" will be measured & paid only once in entire contract period.
