PUMP: - • • Type of pump : Open well Submersible Pump (Horizontal) • Quality of Water to be handled : Raw water Capacity: Discharge 5000 GPH , Head;110m METERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION: • Pump Casing : Cast Iron • Impeller : SS • Pump Shaft : Stainless Steel 410 • Motor Body : Cast Iron/SS • Sealing : Dual mech. seal ? The bowl plate shall be provided with name plate giving complete specifications ? MOTOR: - • Method of starting: Star – Delta/DOL (as specified). • Frequency : 50Hz + 3% • Voltage : 415 + 6 %, - 15% 3 phase •HP= 20 HP Class of insulation: Suitable for above rating. • Sealing : Dual mech. seal. Provided with thermal and overload protection The motor shall be made of corrosion resisting materials to resist corrosion under normal conditions and the motor shall have a name plate giving complete specifications Dual Mechanical Seals (01 No) and Bearings (02 No) for each pumping unit must be provided as spare parts for preventive maintenance by the firm. Note: Test certificate having the Serial No. of the Pumping Unit along with the performance curve in duplicate from the Manufacturer must be produced on delivery of the item and pumping unit is to be approved from the concerned Sub Divisional office before procuring.(OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturers Test Certificates in Original to be provided with the material before installation. The following test certificates of original manufacturer shall be furnished with puming equipment.1. Performance Test Certificate2. Laboratory Test3. Overload Test4. Insulation Resistance Test. 2 Providing and fittingof G.I. Nipples 3’ longhaving one side threaded and the other side fitted with 16 mmthick M.S. Flange by way of welding indouble layers.
