    Servicing Of Redundant Gate Valve Of Various Sizes ( 2 To 10 ) At Cpcl-Manali, Chennai-600068 , Servicing & Machining Of Gate Valves , Reconditioning Of Gate Valves Of Any Class: Job Involves Transportation Of Valves ( Any Class ) From Owners Storage Location To Contractors Store Or Insitu Repair, Identifying The Repairable Valves By Visual Inspection, Opening And Dismantling Of Valves, Cleaning By Rustoline Or Kerosene Of All The Components Thoroughly, Further Inspection Of Internal Parts In The Presence Of The Engineer-In-Charge, Repair / Reconditioning Of Valves By Hard Facing, ( Stellite 21 Overlay Or 13% Chrome Overlay As The Case May Be ) Machining, Grinding, Lapping Etc. With All Tools, Tackles, Replacement Of Missing Or Defective Parts Such As Studs And Nuts Of Gland, Gland Packing, Stem, Body Hand Wheel, Nut Bonnet, Bonnet Gasket, Back Seat Bush, Body Seat Change, Gland Chaser And Any Other Parts Recommended By Engineer-In-Charge And Finally Re-Assembling The Valves, Gland Packing And Testing As Per Api 598 / Bs 5146. Painting Of Valve Body, Bonnet, Yoke Etc. With One Coat Of Red Oxide And Two Coat Of Heat Resistant Aluminium Paint ( Special Varnish Medium With Aluminium Flakes ) And Wheel Shall Be Painted With One Coat Of Primer And Two Coat Of Black Enamel Paint.Valves Should Be Tested For Free Rotation & Hydro Test To Be Carried Out. Hand Wheels To Be Fitted Back Along With The Spindle, If Required. Valves Passed Hydrotesting Shall Only Be Accepted By Cpcl. Note: The Cost Of New Spares Shall Be Borne By Contractor. , Reconditioning / Servicing Of Gate- Class150# , Size - 2 , Size - 3 , Size - 4 , Size - 6 , Size - 8 , Size - 10 => Limited
