Contractor should visit at sitebefore quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station.2.All requisite safety measures are to be adopted by contractor on site. 3. The contractor shall provide and deploy one no. skilled AC planttechnician(as approved by GE / Engineer-in-charge) and shall report at 0900 hrsto JE E&M /Engineer-in-chargeto collect the complaints of AC Plants at every working day. The amount for payments of AC plant technicianshall included in quoted rates. the contractor shall also provide AC plant technician on Sunday & holiday if required or asked by JE E/M / Engineer-in-charge. If the contractor failed to provide their AC plant Technician or absent to attend the complaints then recovery will be done@ Rs 1500.00 perday. 4. The complaints shall be rectified with in 24 hrs. If the complaints are not attended /not completed within 24 hrs (except repair/ replacement of major parts) recovery will be done @Rs 1500.00 per complaint per day. 5. For major Parts, complaints should be rectified within 07 Working days, if the contractor not rectify within time then recovery will be done @ Rs 2000.00 per complaint per day. |
