NAME OF WORK : -TENDER FOR REPLACING THE DAMAGED WOODENFENDER LADDERWITH NEW RUBBER FENDER LADDER IN BERTHING / MOORING DOLPHINS AT BHARATHI DOCK - I,II & III .

1. Dismantling and removing the old Damaged Wooden fender atthe sides of ladder (approx size of 0.30x0.30x3.00m long) at the face Mooring / Berthingdolphins in Bharathi dock (On sea) and conveying the same to the wharf area andloadng , transporting and Handing over the RSD yard with in lead of 6 KMand as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work including cutting the projected bolts in the dismantled wooden fender portions, including alllabour, tools, equipment, plants, gas cutting equipment, pontoon, fuel etc., complete.

2. Cutting and removing the oldDamaged MS. ladder at the face Mooring / Berthing dolphins in Bharathi dock (On sea) and conveying the same to the wharf area and stacking the same as directed for disposal all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of workincluding all labour, tools, equipment, plants, gas cutting equipments, pontoons,fuel etc., complete.

Loadng , transporting the unserviceableMS.Ladder andHanding over the RSD yard with in lead of 6 KM all details as per relevant specifications and as directed at site inlcuding all labour, transport, tools, equipment, fuel, etc., complete.Note:-1.Payment will be made based on the weighment. 2. Contractor has to bear the expenses for weighment.

Supplying and fixing of Rubber ladder (SL 250 H Ladder Bridge stone or equivalent )of size (height3000mm x width 450mm clear) with2Nosof square rubber fender 30mm dia GI step rod at 300mm c/c, fixingthe ladder with GI Anchor bolts 25mm dia with suitable core hole with required deep to suite the site condition( 4Nos x2 sides = 8Nos/per ladder) fixing using anchor resin (HILTIRE -500 or equivalent) in core hole of suitable dia and deep on face of dolphin /wharf concrete and all as directed at site including fixing and providing suitable Hand rails arrangements at top with 25mm dia MS rod, suitable shape and fixing the same from the laddertop to dolphin/wharf top surface with suitable core hole and grouting arrangements all as directed at site atBharathi Dock - I, II & III Wharf at Outer Harbour and wherever necessary all details as per relevant Manufactures specifications and as directed at site inlcuding all labour, materials, transport, tools, necessary equipments, fuel, etc., complete.
